Architecture Committee Tree guidelines/recommendations

 

notes:
1) Homeowners are the stewards of developer trees on their property.
2) Homeowners are not limited to the list of suggested trees, may choose the type of their replacement tree (within reason).
3) Homeowners must do their own research and are responsible for their choice of replacement tree.
4) Homeowners must submit an application for the replacement of any developer tree on their property.

The AC has done significant research into tree varieties that are appropriate for University Square.
For convenience, the below table lists trees that are suggested as reasonable replacements for developer trees:
